Rubbing the sleep out of his eyes after another restless night Bob walked into the office – late again. This isn’t supposed to happen, he thought. I own the place and can't even afford to take a vacation!
The dream he was sold when he began his rehab practice was to make good money, drive nice cars, live in a big house, and take great trips every year. Two years later, his business financials were in shambles. He had to let go two staff members because his cash flow did not allow him to pay their salaries. If that wasn’t bad enough, they took the plants out of the lobby when they left. How could this have happened? He kept seeing patients – why wasn’t the money rolling in?
Is there a billing solution for Bob's dilemma?
Or should we ask, are you a Bob Smith? | |
